I know that normal people would be afraid of neon and I understand their hesitancy. Neon conjures up bad memories of 80′s fashion and along with it bad hair, bad movies, and bad music. Neon doesn’t have to be like that.
I get very excited when I see pops of neon, especially coupled with neutrals like blush, nude, and navy. Something about neon just excites me, especially when it’s done so well. It’s like an instant mood-booster.
Tell me, does it seem so scary now? 
I love neon too! I’m a redhead with fair skin, and neon gives the illusion that you are tan! ha I think it is definitely becoming a trend again, I hope people begin to embrace it. I agree that neons are great paired with neutrals, it really calms down the brightness of the vibrant neon.
